777mm Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777mm," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 777mm platform accessible at 777mm.ws, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the 777mm website at 777mm.ws, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services accessible thereon.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account by 777mm.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "USDT" refers to the Tether stablecoin used as a primary deposit and withdrawal currency on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by 777mm prior to processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" refers to any country or territory where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered by 777mm, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777mm Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting 777mm support via live chat.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777mm with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 777mm relating to the subject matter hereof.

3. Eligibility

Use of the 777mm Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an Account or participating in any gambling activity on 777mm.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777mm, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by 777mm for any violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 777mm Platform, Players must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

• One Account per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any Balance or Bonus Funds held therein may be forfeited without prior notice.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 777mm will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify 777mm immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal to the registered Player and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.
• KYC Verification: 777mm reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Account registration is free of charge. 777mm does not charge any fee for creating, maintaining, or closing an Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

777mm supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players in Pakistan, including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits start from PKR 500. USDT deposits have a minimum equivalent as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Confirmation: USDT and Bitcoin deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within five minutes. Local payment method deposits are credited within thirty minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Verification: 777mm may require identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Processing Times: USDT withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within ten minutes during standard hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within thirty minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.
• Currency: 777mm's primary account currency is USDT. PKR-denominated deposits are converted to USDT at the exchange rate displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

777mm does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Players should note that blockchain network fees for USDT and Bitcoin transactions are determined by the respective blockchain networks and are outside 777mm's control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777mm offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual bonus or promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual bonus offer.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each Player is eligible to claim each promotion once only. 777mm reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility from Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the bonus terms.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If a Player requests a withdrawal while Bonus Funds remain active in their Account, 777mm reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings before processing the withdrawal.
• Abuse & Fraud: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

777mm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to Player Accounts prior to the modification.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 777mm Platform. Specific rules for individual sports, events, casino games, and crash games are available within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by 777mm. 777mm reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games, as displayed within the relevant game or market at the time of play.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, pricing error, or data feed error, 777mm reserves the right to void any affected bets or wagers. No claim may be made against 777mm for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: All cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League markets, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the 777mm sportsbook. Match abandonment, interruption, and Duckworth-Lewis rules are applied as stated therein.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. 777mm does not guarantee the continued availability of any live market and may suspend or close live markets at any time.
• Casino RNG: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generation systems. The theoretical return-to-player percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777mm Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other system to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, including but not limited to pricing errors in betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events on which betting markets are offered.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using another person's payment method or Account credentials without their authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 777mm staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777mm Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data, and the compilation thereof, is the property of 777mm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 777mm.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the Platform.
• Use 777mm's trademarks, brand names, or logos in any manner without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777mm's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

777mm shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to 777mm at the time the Player began using the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 777mm's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

777mm collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling principles applied by 777mm include:

• Personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the Platform, including Account management, payment processing, KYC verification, and responsible gaming compliance.
• 777mm does not sell or share Player personal data with third-party marketers.
• Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to 777mm's legal obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

777mm is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. The following responsible gaming tools and policies form part of these Terms and Conditions:

• Age Restriction: No person under the age of 21 may register an Account or access any gambling feature on the Platform.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. The same cooling-off rules apply as to deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure from the Account settings panel. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

13. Termination

777mm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 777mm has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• 777mm is required to do so under applicable law or by a regulatory authority.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Balance will be returned to the Player via their preferred withdrawal method. If a breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, as determined by 777mm in its absolute discretion.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 777mm support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests that were submitted prior to closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777mm holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 777mm's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the licensing authority.

To raise a complaint, Players should contact 777mm support via live chat in the first instance. 777mm will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within five business days. If a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, they may escalate the matter to the relevant external dispute resolution body as specified in the licensing terms.
